The People's Prosperity Party (PPP) has intensified its grassroots mobilization efforts after holding consultations with political aspirants from Kajiado and Migori counties as it seeks to strengthen its national presence ahead of the next General Election.During meetings held on Friday at the party's headquarters, Ustawi House, PPP leader and Presidential aspirant Eliud Owalo met separately with Kajiado gubernatorial hopeful Dickson Sitei and Awendo parliamentary hopeful Rolex Wasonga.According to Owalo, the consultations are part of the party's ongoing strategy to recruit and support leaders from across the country as it positions itself as a national political movement focused on economic transformation."We are building a national and all-inclusive political party that will facilitate the economic emancipation of all Kenyans," Owalo said.The engagements come as PPP continues to court leaders from different regions under itsThird Liberationagenda, a platform the party says is aimed at addressing economic inequality, expanding opportunities for youth and entrepreneurs, and promoting inclusive development.The party has in recent months increased consultations with leaders seeking elective positions, signalling preparations for future electoral contests while expanding its organizational structures nationwide.Owalo has consistently maintained that PPP's vision is anchored on delivering "Ustawi Kwa Wote" (Prosperity for All), emphasizing policies that prioritize wealth creation, job opportunities and equitable economic growth.The latest consultations with Sitei and Wasonga underscore the party's efforts to establish a stronger grassroots network as it seeks to attract leaders committed to its economic empowerment agenda.
